You will receive your order by DHL courier in a few business days depending on the destination you select:

1-2 working days for Italy except islands

2-3 working days for the islands (Sicily and Sardinia)

4-5 working days for Europe

8-10 working days for destinations outside Europe

Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order.

Don't worry if the tracking link turns out to be wrong, it may take a few hours to be activated by the courier.

You can also monitor the status of your order by accessing "My Orders" section within the registered area.

Shipping costs amount to €10 per order.

Registering is not mandatory but we recommend it so you can keep track of your previous purchases, have access to your wish list and save your personal information and buy faster.

Certainly. At check out you will find a link to request an invoice via email by submitting your billing information.

If you have already placed your order but forgot to request an invoice, you can request it by 10 a.m. daily at support@melkom.it

If you have forgotten your password to log in, visit the account section, click on I forgot my password and follow the reccomendations. In a short time you will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.

All garments purchased on the MELKOM website are returnable up to a maximum of 14 days from the date of shipment to give you a chance to take your time trying them on at home. We have chosen to offer free returns for all orders, to do so simply fill out the form to receive a return label.

All Melkom garments feature a warranty seal. As the seal have been torn or cut, the garment is no longer returnable.

The sizes of Melkom garments are based on the Italian system while the fit of individual garments is generally shown in the individual product sheets.

Almost all Melkom garments are different from each other, moreover, being oftemn made up of garments coupled together, it is difficult to give rough rules.
We advise you to check in the inner labels of the garments, otherwise you can check in the product sheet of the garment you have purchased, looking at the "Specifications" tab, where we advise you how to treat the garment.
