Incipit S.r.l. through the MELKOM.co.uk website is the official manufacturer of MELKOM branded garments and guarantees that every item for sale is authentic.
Incipit S.r.l. in this site, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase only items that are already in stock. There is no provision for the customer to order items that are not already available. Therefore, an order that contains an item that has become unavailable in the meantime, even by mere error, is to be considered void.
All orders are subject to availability check and acceptance. Products placed within your shopping cart are not understood to be reserved and therefore, until you complete your order, may be purchased by other customers.
The receipt by Incipit S.r.l. of the order, transmitted by the customer by electronic transmission, determines the conclusion of the contract. With the conclusion of the contract, Incipit S.r.l. undertakes to provide the customer with the products ordered, under the terms and conditions set out in these Conditions, without prejudice to the right not to process orders in respect of persons who do not fall into the category "final consumer" or if, for any reason, the product ordered is not available for sale.
"End Consumer" Incipit S.r.l. refers to any natural person who acts on MELKOM.it for purposes not related to his or her commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any.
Incipit S.r.l. therefore invites users who do not fall into the category of end consumers to refrain from placing purchase orders either directly or through third parties.
Incipit S.r.l. reserves the right not to process orders for goods whose use is not intended for the end consumer or which do not conform to its commercial policy described below.
The customer by submitting the order unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in dealings with Incipit S.r.l. all the provisions contained in these Conditions.
The placing of the order, therefore, implies full knowledge and total and unconditional acceptance by the customer of these Conditions.1. Payment Information
The purchased item must be paid for at the same time as the purchase transaction closes via PayPal, GPay, ApplePay and Credit Card
Payment is made through PayPal easily and securely, either through your PayPal account or by Credit Card under the conditions set by PayPal.

Incipit S.r.l. reserves the right not to proceed with the fulfillment of the order in the event that the billing information does not match that of the PayPal account or Credit Card Holder.

- Shipping Information

Orders will be entrusted to the courier within 2 working days after the order is placed
1. Shipping Italy and EU countries
Shipments have a flat fee of €10.00 non-refundable in case of return (see also section "Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds) and will usually be made by DHL courier.
As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments will be accompanied by a packing list stating the value of individual items in Euros

The delivery time starting from the date of shipment is as follows:
- 2/3 working days in Italy (+1 day for Sicily and Sardinia)
- 4-5 working days in European Union countries

-Shipping Non-EU Countries

Non-EU Shipments have a flat fee of €10.00 non-refundable in case of return (see also section "Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds)

 Customs charges and import taxes, which are due based on the domestic regulations of each state, are the sole responsibility and liability of the end customer. Therefore, the return of the Shipment will be D.D.U. (Delivery Duties Unpaid).
The prices of the products published on the MELKOM.co.uk website reflect the actual selling price of the goods which does not include import taxes. The payment of these taxes is necessary for the completion of customs procedures and delivery of the goods.
To find out the exact taxes and delivery charges, we recommend that you contact the nearest customs office or, alternatively, the freight forwarder.

-Shipment Insurance

Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance loses its validity when the shipment is delivered.
By signing upon delivery of the package, responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer. The person who signs, in fact, confirms receipt of delivery of the package and is responsible for the package itself.

-Shipment Delivery

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of receipt of the shipment. MELKOM.co.uk packages are carefully packed with brown-colored cardboard boxes and taped with a guarantee seal.
If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with reservation because there is evidence of tampering of the package, customers are requested to immediately contact Incipit S.r.l. at the e-mail address support@MELKOM.it.
If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the redelivery of the package may take place in the next 7 working days otherwise the package will be returned to the sender. at the expense of the customer. The amount will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
Shipments destined outside the EU are subject to import taxes based on the domestic regulations of each state including for the return of the goods to the sender.
Payment of these taxes is the sole responsibility and liability of the end customer. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer by MELKOM.co.uk.

- Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

1. Withdrawal with Refund
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on MELKOM.it.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must inform Incipit S.r.l. (head office in Via Prato, 29 - 51031 Agliana (PT) - Italy) of his decision to withdraw from the contract, by completing and sending within the 14 (fourteen) day period indicated above, the Return Form present on the site, in the section "Refunds and Exchanges.

The purchaser must return the products to Incipit S.r.l within 14 days from the day he communicated his wish to withdraw by sending the Return Form.
Once the right to withdraw from the contract has been exercised Incipit S.r.l. will send a confirmation e-mail, with instructions for sending the package back and booking a pickup by courier, usually DHL.
The flat shipping cost of €10.00, incurred at the time of purchase, is non-refundable in case of return.

Garments must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped, complete with all labels and all accessories present (hanger, garment covers, tags).
The garments must not have been used and/or washed.
They should also be packed appropriately, with tamper-proof packaging.
All returned items are subject to inspection by Incipit S.r.l. and must meet the parameters listed above in order to receive a full refund.
Reimbursement will be made through the payment method used at the time of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of the latter (see the official website of the payment provider used for more details).
Please note that the customer is also responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and operation.
Therefore, any decrease in the value of the item as described above will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns related to Non-EU orders, the flat rate shipping costs, which amount to € 10.00, incurred at the time of purchase are not refundable. Any other costs such as, for example, local taxes, customs duties, import and/or customs clearance of goods are the responsibility of the Customer and will be deducted from the final refund.
Returned goods must be shipped via EMS - International Postal Circuit.
This mode of shipment facilitates Incipit S.r.l. in the request for duty-free reintroduction, resulting in a decrease in customs charges, which still remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final reimbursement due to him.
The customer is required to attach the completed "Return Proforma Invoice" document to the return shipment, which will be sent by e-mail with return instructions.

- Withdrawaland return with change of size/color

It is not possible to exchange the returned item with a different item.
The customer may request a change of size and/or color of the ordered item subject to availability.
The change of size and/or color is possible for orders from Italy and EU countries, it is not provided for Non-EU countries.
In the notice of withdrawal made through the "Return Form" the customer must indicate the code of the items that are to be returned and the desired compensation: "change of size and/or color" instead of "refund".
The return of the garments must be received at Incipit S.r.l.'s headquarters within 14 days of the communication of the declaration of withdrawal by the customer.
Once Incipit S.r.l. has received the communication of return with size/color change from the customer, it will check the availability of the new size and/or color requested and will send the customer a confirmation email with instructions to send the package back and book the pickup via courier, usually DHL.
In case the size and/or color requested are not available, a confirmation email will be sent to proceed with the return with refund.
The shipping costs for the first return of the garment and for sending the replacement one will be borne by Incipit S.r.l.
In case of any further request for return/change of size and/or color (to be made always through "Return Form") all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The garments must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped complete with all labels and all accessories present (hanger, garment covers, tags).
The garments must not have been used and/or washed.
They must also be packaged appropriately, with tamper-proof packaging.
All returned garments are subject to inspection by Incipit S.r.l. and must meet the parameters listed above in order to obtain the requested replacement.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the customer requests a change in size and/or color to compensate for their return, replacement items will be shipped within 4 business days of receipt of the return.

-Site Policy

1. Items and Images On-line
Incipit S.r.l. disclaims any responsibility about the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer or screen used by the customer or its malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site present slight differences from the original ones.
Incipit S.r.l. also points out that, unlike what is displayed in the photos, some garments may be subject to size variations depending on the size selected.
The images contained on the MELKOM.it website are the property of Incipit S.r.l.
Any use of such images not expressly authorized in writing by Incipit S.r.l. will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
